As an actively licensed CPA, Byron Wolfe co-founded and is the face of CFOAF, working to provide high-quality CFO services to small to midcap businesses in growing sectors.
Byron is also the CFO of Black Tie Moving, an Inc. 500 Company and the fastest growing privately owned moving & relocation company in the country.
Byron also serves as the fractional CFO to multiple other companies in a variety of industries including construction, networking, Metaverse, financial advisement, content creation, 501 c3 organizations, and more.
Byron's ability to break down complex tax laws and implications, required structures, and partnership arrangements into easily understood communication makes him a highly sought after financial and business structure consultant.

Meet Krissy
Krissy Wolfe is the co-founder and COO of CFOAF. She oversees the daily operations and provides a human analytic piece to a data-driven profession.
Krissy has vast experience in business management, problem-solving, mediation, strategy, Human Resources, and recruiting.
With a Master’s degree in counseling, Krissy brings a uniquely thoughtful perspective to the financial arena and is well known for her ability to listen, analyze and collaborate in innovative ways.

Byron has leveraged his expertise to become a partner in 18 companies across multiple industries as of 2023.
Byron is also the CFO and Treasurer of the non-profit organization, Operation Light Shine. He joined OLS to maximize the impact of every dollar so that the team can focus on the real work of the charity.
Byron splits his time between Nashville, TN and Phoenix, AZ, and is an avid motorcyclist. He has been married to his best friend for thirteen years and they have three sons.
